Lee Decker, age 57, passed away on July 1, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida. Lee was born on January 5, 1962 in Jacksonville, Florida to Carroll Lee Decker, SR. and Shirley Lee Brooks Decker. Lee was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Lee also had a love for the band Lynyrd Skynyrd. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
Lee is preceded in death by his father, Carroll Lee Decker, SR. and one brother Michael Decker. He is survived by his loving and faithful wife, Dora Decker; daughter Dora Lee Nieves (Christian); son, Daniel Decker; grandchildren Abigail and Daniel, Jr.; mother, Shirley Decker; brother Billy Decker; sister Leslie Turner (Keith); and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. H. Watson Moody and Larry McKinley will serve as officiants of the funeral service.
