

He was born on March 25, 1942 In Tondo Manila, Philippines. The son of late Leopoldo Perez Sr. and Susana Reyes, and brother to Rosauro Perez.
Leopoldo was married to his wife Elfieda Panganiban Perez and shared a happy Life for 48 years. He was a devoted and loving father of three sons, Michael Angelo, Rosseller, and Leo Adrian (Annaliza Castillo) and had one Daughter; Jhasmine (Raimundo). He had three grandchildren Jharrina, Leanna, and Calix. He finished his elementary, high school, and college in the Philippines with outstanding awards and recognition. He worked as a Power Operator and Supervisor at Meralco Electric Co, Phil, Nuclear power Plant, Phil, and Westhinghouse, S. Arabia for 34 years, then retired in 2005 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club in Jacksonville, Florida - again receiving awards of recognition for doing his job efficiently and devotedly.
He truly lived life to the fullest through simple leisure’s like reading fiction and historical books. He enjoyed watching TV, especially news and sports (specifically basketball and football, which he also enjoyed playing). Leopoldo was a devoted and spiritual man and always reminded his children that God is the creator, and they must always love, praise, and thank him.
