Lien Phan, 62 years old, passed away at her residence in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned a BA in Accounting and a MBA from UNF and Webster University, respectively. Lien worked at UNF for 25 years. Being single Lien devoted her life to her family and her church. Her parents went to the Lord in 2005 and 2012. One of her sisters passed away in 1998. She has 11 siblings living in Jacksonville, Florida. She was under the care of Community Northeast Hospice and her doctors at St. Vincent's Southside.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 10472 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32246. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, followed by interment at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
She was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed away. She will be forever in our hearts, a precious Angel. See you in Heaven! ❤❤
