Linda Lynette Holland Tanner, age 72, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida. Linda was born January 9, 1943 in Dunn, North Carolina to Chester A. and Ethel Mae (Best) Holland. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Emily Holton. Linda was a member of Woodstock Baptist Church. She worked many years as a legal secretary. Linda will be missed dearly by her loving husband of 52 ½ years Wally Tanner; one brother-in-law; several sister-in-laws; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive family and friends 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Woodstock Baptist Church, 9120 Crystal Springs Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32221. A Celebration of Life will follow the gathering at 11:00 am at the Church.
