Lochlyn Bryn Summerford, 6 weeks, went to heaven to join her Lord and Savior on Wednesday , April 15, 2015. She was born on Friday March 6, 2015 to Jeremy and Tina (Helton) Summerford. Even though her time with us was short she touched many hearts and will be missed dearly by many. Lochlyn leaves to cherish her memories, her parents Jeremy and Tina Summerford; brother Parker; sisters Lauren and Leighton; maternal grandparents Peggy and Grady Helton; paternal grandparents Jerry and Barbara Summerford; as well as many other family members. Family will receive family and friends 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Graveside services will follow the gathering of friends and family at 12:00 pm at Riverside Memorial Park.
