Louise L. Norton, 84 of Jacksonville passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013. Louise is preceded by her loving husband Grover Norton, Sr., parents; Verlie and William Rewis, brother, Jack Rewis, sisters; Murile Ludwig and Jacqueline Coleman. Louise is survived by daughter; Gwendol Williams (James) sons; Grover Norton, Jr. (Debbie), William Norton (Dawn), and Richard Norton (Tammy), brother, Billy Rewis (Sue), 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Faith Temple Assembly of God Church. Louise was a pioneering woman. She owned a bus company, enjoyed baseball and wrestling. Louise most loved her family and friends. She will be remembered for her kind heart, determining spirit, and warm smile. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home located at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jax., FL 32205. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
