

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: brothers Harbert Davis III, Ronald Davis, Jonathan Davis, and Daniel Davis, and his sister, Sharon Fisher. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jennifer Davis; his cherished daughter, Bethany Browning, and her husband, Brad Browning; and his treasured grandchildren, Bradley, Taylor, and Alexander. He is also survived by his brothers, Jefferson Davis (Anna) and Joel Davis (Dawn), and his sisters, Cheryl Henderson and Esther Wilson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mark graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1976, where he built lifelong friendships and began cultivating the values of hard work and integrity that would define his life.
After high school, Mark worked with pantry pride for many years. Then went on to become self employed in running his own bread route.
He had a deep love for reading and was a lifelong learner. Mark found great inspiration in the words of his favorite mentor, Jim Rohn. One of his favorite quotes was, “Dreams determine what you want, but actions determine what you get.”
A devoted family man, Mark loved spending time with his family more than anything. He was known as an encourager, a faithful friend, and a guiding light, serving as a mentor to many throughout his life.
Mark was also a follower of Christ and lived his faith wholeheartedly. He served as a head usher, a board member at Evangel Temple, led the men’s ministry and taught Sunday school for many years, touching countless lives with his wisdom, kindness, and faith.
Professionally, Mark was a top distributor for Herbalife for over 30 years, helping others transform their health and lifestyle. He was also the proud owner of the smoothie shop Nutrition Oasis, where he built a joyful, welcoming community centered around health, encouragement, and connection.
Mark’s presence, wisdom, and laughter will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, faith, and service will live on in the hearts of many.
