Sending my deepest condolences to Mike & Family. I remember meeting Theresa a few times visiting her in Florida and her visits to Nl. She loved her family dearly and spoke of them often. She is at peace now with her Mom, Dad, Sisters and brothers. Rest In Peace Theresa.

I was shocked to hear about the passing of my aunt Theresa. I am saddened to say I really didn’t know her. Apart from a visit from her when I was I child and when she came home to Newfoundland for her mother (my grandmother’s) funeral I didn’t know her at all. What I remember of her is striking beauty. Her fabulous taste in clothing and her make up. I never saw a pair of false eyelashes until Theresa came to visit.! Theresa was the 5th of 6 children and youngest daughter to Rose (Hennessey) Nash and William Nash. The first born, a boy named Allan, died in infancy. And now, as life would have it, all of Rose and Willie’s crowd are gone except for one: Theresa’s brother and youngest of the family, Donnie. Theresa has nieces and nephews in Massachusetts but the majority of Theresa’s family live in Newfoundland Canada where she was born and raised until the age of 14. That’s when she went off to the United States of America to find her way in the world. She joined her sister Alice (deceased) in Massachusetts and lived there for a while. She settled in Jacksonville Florida and that is where she lived out her days. She was a mom and a grandmother. When I heard of your passing, Theresa, I wondered if you would make a visit to the little town of Branch, St. Mary’s Bay, Newfoundland as you make your way to the great beyond. The town where you and your entire family were born. Where your parents final resting place is at the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful town and ocean. Your Sister Betty (deceased) will be with all of your family awaiting your arrival in heaven. Knowing you are all gathered together makes me miss every one of you just a little bit more. You will be forever remembered and missed, Theresa. Rest In Peace my beautiful aunt. Your Niece, Frankie Nash daughter to your brother Francis (deceased).
