Mary E. Geiger, 93, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 in Fleming Island, FL. She was born July 26, 1921 to John and Jessie Jenkins in Madison, FL. Mary loved to watch her game shows, she enjoyed the beach, spending time with her family and pink was her favorite color. Everything she had was pink. Mary is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, William I. Geiger, two brothers Russell Jenkins and Joe Jenkins, one sister Cora Eggert, and one granddaughter Cynthia Fronek. She is survived by one son Kenneth (Kathy) Jones, one sister Betty Campbell, three grandchildren Diane Yarber, Kenneth B. (Brandi A.) Jones, Karen (Ted) Julian, one grandson-in-law Joseph Fronek, four great-grandchildren Ashley Spence, Lee Yarber, Michael Yarber, Blain Jones and one great-great-grandson Jaxon Yarber. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 10:00am with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
