Melinda, known more affectionately as Mel, was born in Jacksonville, FL to Lenny and Madeline Alvelo on August 12th, 1979. She graduated from Edward H White High School in 1998 and obtained her Associated Degree from Keiser University shortly after. Her passions were music, movies, food, ANYTHING pink. Anywhere you go, if the radio was on, she knew the song and she was singing it. She loved her sushi lunches with her friends and game nights with her family. Her laughter was heard by many and often which would fill a house from corner to corner.
