Melody Sue Theiss, 3 months old, of Jacksonville, FL passed away March 23, 2011. She was born Dec. 22, 2010 in Jacksonville as the daughter of Brittney Nicole Theiss. She is survived by mother Brittney Nicole Theiss; Maternal Grandmother Angela Kerr & Step-Grandfather Terry Kerr; Aunt Erica Davis; Uncle Jeremy Kerr; Maternal Great-Grandparents Darlene & David Garmus; Grandfather Scott Theiss; Great Grandmother Donna Theiss; and many great aunts & uncles. Funeral service will be at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32205 at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 with a viewing one hour earlier. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
