Michael Allen Hawk

Michael was born to parents Warren and Grace Hawk on March 1st, 1954 in Elyria, Ohio. He grew up as the 3rd eldest of five and attended Paxon High School. In 1980, Michael began working for Flowers Bakery, and remained there until his retirement, of March 1st 2016.

Michael is survived by his son Edward Allen Hawk and daughter Lisa Marie Smith, and his two granddaughters Marie Ann Foley and Amanda Lee Foley. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Susanna Brown, Timothy Hawk, Brian Hawk, and Sandra Harrell. Michael is preceded in death by his wife Roxanne Hawk.

A viewing of the body will be available to family and close friends at Hardage & Giddens Funeral Home from Wednesday April 13th, 2016 between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. Abiding by Michael’s wishes he will be cremated at a later date. There will be a small service for family at a later date at his favorite fishing spot. There will also be a memorial site in the mausoleum, located directly behind the Hardage-Giddens, Town & Country Funeral Home.
