

Born on May 14, 1959, in Rochester, New York, to Constance (D'Angiolillo) and the late Robert Wayne Howell, he later built his life in Jacksonville, Florida. Mike lived his life marked by dedication and love for family.
Michael's dedication spilled over into his work. He poured his heart into his company, Southeast Telephone and Intercom, which he ran with his oldest son, Ken. After over 35 years in business, Mike was well known, loved, and cherished by associates from all walks of life.
Michael leaves behind his beloved wife, Linda Howell, with whom he shared almost 10 years of love and laughter. He also leaves his 3 amazing children (Kenneth Wayne and his wife Danielle, Gregory Alan and his wife Mandi, and Katlyn Ashley and her husband Matthew), 2 stepsons (William Thomas and Zachary Scott Ewer), and 5 beautiful grandchildren (Brayden, Zachary, Stacie, Jackson, & Tyberious). In addition, he leaves his mother and his 3 siblings (Deborah Rakes, Laurie Howell, and Kevin Howell).
Mike "The Phoneman" touched the hearts of all those around him with his presence. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation in Mike “The Phoneman” Howell’s name be made to The Community Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 4266 Sunbeam Rd. Jacksonville, Fl 32257.
