Michael T. Mango, 64, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born March 25, 1950 to John and Gladys Mango in Jacksonville, FL. Michael attended Robert E. Lee High School and served four years in the United States Navy Reserves. He was a business owner of Jax Weathershield for 34 years, was an avid fisherman and loved grilling his catch of the day. He also had a great sense of humor. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, John and Gladys Mango. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Debbie, one son Michael Mango, three sisters Vikki (George) Harden, Angela (Frank) Johnson, Susan Krawczyk, sister-in-law Margaret Brannen as well as many nieces and nephews. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 10:00am.
