She was a certified medical transcriptionist, paralegal, and librarian during her life, as well as a long-term caregiver for her mother, Margaret. Her passions included cooking, scrapbooking, horses, reading, and caring for her cats Pongo and Lola. Norma is predeceased by her mother, Margaret, her father, Norman, and three infant siblings, as well as her Aunt Juanita, Uncle Francis, Cousin Linda, and Aunt Evelyn. She is survived by her son, Scott, her three grandchildren, Abby, Morgan, and Alex, her Cousin Richard, his children Rylan, Krista, and Justin, her Cousin Cathy, and friends Ann, Kelly, and Shaun. Her ashes will be interred next to her mother and father at Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville, Florida
