She was born on April 24, 1949, to William B. Sirmans and Ethel E. Thomas Sirmans, in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended Paxon High School and spent 4 years at Jones College and FSCJ where she graduated. She was an office manager and taught Sunday School at her church, Bethel Temple Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Charles K. Clark, and her sons; Richard Daughtry, Anthony D. Smith, and Charles C. Clark. Her daughters; Sabrina L. Swilley and Amanda M. Bailey. Her 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Her hobby was sewing for her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved listening to or reading out of the bible often. She also enjoyed listening to music and watching movies.
A graveside service for Patricia will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
