My mother lived a remarkable life.  She was a good pitcher and usually one of the first to be picked on the sand lot baseball team.  Later, she was a College National Tennis Champ.  Then, She traveled all over Europe on a bicycle in 1948 just after World War II had devistated the continent.  She had twins, helped Dad start several businesses, built and managed her own retirement plan.  At 77, She won the Palm Coast Women's Tennis Tournament.  The next oldest person in the Tournament was 45 and she whooped em all.  Her clever personality attracted so many friends.  But not everybody liked her She didn't like bullies and snobs and wasn't afraid to tell them right to their face.  She was a tough lady, liked her doors opened for her, and you better say please and thank you.  She was my mom, and I loved her.  I miss her so much.

One could not have had a better Mother-in-law and Grandmother for my children. She was a great woman. I learned so much from her, which helped me be what I am today. 
She was always there for me in good times and bad. 

Pat will remain in my memories forever.
