She was preceded in death by her husband Larry (Lawrence) Lowe and son Ricky (Richard) Ryan. Survivors include her children Shannon Ryan of Jacksonville, FL, Christopher Ryan (Cindy) of Roberta, GA, Erin Hoff (Don) of Jacksonville, NC and Tony Canipe, son adopted in love; her grandchildren Corey, Jacob and Emma and great-grandchildren Hannah and Colin.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
