

Paul John Salla was born on August 29, 1966 and entered eternal peace on November 15, 2020. Born in Charleston, South Carolina to the late Leopoldo Salla, who retired from the US Navy, Paul lived briefly in California, the Philippines, Texas, Virginia, before residing in Jacksonville, FL in 1977. He graduated from Edward H. White Senior High, served in the US Navy, and most recently did billing for First Coast Cardiovascular Institute. Paul enjoyed fast cars, theme parks, comic books, tennis and soccer, especially coaching his soccer girls. He also loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by: mother, Edna Salla, Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Kayley Salla, Los Angeles, CA; sister, Sharon Mills and husband, Sean Mills; brother, Sherwin Salla and partner, Matthew Allam; nephew, Cameron Mills; niece, Cara Mills; stepdaughters and stepsons: Barbi, Edward and Justin Dail, all of Jacksonville, FL; Kimberly and Jennifer Dail, Charleston, SC; and one step grandson Ian Fulmer of Charleston, SC. Paul also had numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, as well as countless loving friends throughout the country and abroad. He will truly be missed for his easy going spirit and zest for life.
A visitation for will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Service will be on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Most Holy Redeemer, 8523 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
