Pauline S. Wilkerson

Pauline S. Wilkerson, 78, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went home to be with her heavenly Father on Monday, December 10, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Pauline was born in Jacksonville, FL., on March 15, 1934 to the late Cleve and Lottie Bell Studevant. Pauline retired from the Duval County School Board. She was an active member of West Jacksonville Baptist Church, where she was involved with their Nursing Home Ministry, Phone Ministry, Card Ministry, and their Sunday School Class Secretary for many years. Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Wesley O. Wilkerson in July, 2005. She is survived by her 3 children, David Norton (Cindy), Sandra Bowen (Michael), and Janet Robinson (David); she was blessed with 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Pauline was also embraced by her loving church family, West Jacksonville Baptist Church whom she loved dearly. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at West Jacksonville Baptist Church, 5634 Normandy, Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00am, at West Jacksonville Baptist Church. Burial of Entombment will follow to Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205. Donations may be made in her name to West Jacksonville Baptist Church Mission Fund or Haven Hospice, Orange Park, Florida.
