

Peggy was born on January 17, 1946, in Atlanta, GA to Edwin Garth Price and Susan Lucy Hickman Price. She lived a life centered around family, love and creating memories with those closest to her.
She was preceded by her beloved husband of 46 years, John Mcloughlin, and her sons, Ricky Mcloughlin and Randy Mcloughlin.
Peggy leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure her memory; sons, Rhett Mcloughlin (Debbie), Robbie Mcloughlin (Buffy) and Raymond Mcloughlin (Heidi); daughter, Peggy Boaz (Tommy); grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher (Victoria), Jonathan, Haley and Hannah; and great-grandchildren, Salem, Judas and Rose.
Peggy found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved shopping with her family, going out to eat together, and spending precious time with her little Bubba. Her warmth, laughter, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205 on May 29, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location at 2:00 pm. A Committal Service will take place at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, immediately following the service.
