Bubb, Penny L., 57 of Jacksonville passed away on September 9, 2011. Penny is preceded by her parents Carl and Lovina Lyon; Brothers; Carl Lyon and Jan Lyon; Sister Sandra Fesko (Terry); Sister-in-law Judy Lyon. Penny is survived by husband Jerry Bubb of 40 years. Sons; Jerry Michael Bubb, Kevin Bubb, and Robert Lee; Daughters Amy Olsen (Jack) and Christina Simon; Brothers Jack Lyon; Sister Joan Roach (Bernard), Toni DeCarr Klch, and Margo Miller (Alan); 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Penny will be remembered for her love of family, life, and helping others. Penny spent countless hours contributing to several charities. She had obtained several presidential awards for her volunteer efforts in the community and for our troops. Penny was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 137.
