Pennsylvania. He originally came to Jacksonville serving for several years in the late 1950’s, early 60’s as a Navy pilot at NAS Cecil Field, followed by an investigative career with Department of Defense agencies at various locations in Florida and Washington, D.C. He is survived by Dorothy (Patsy) Fair, his wife of 63 years, daughters Vicki Johnson (Billy) of Bowling Green, KY and Janet Fox (Tony) Middleburg, FL and a sister, Rita Milchovich of Ellsworth, Pa.
A funeral service will be at Hardage- Giddens Riverside Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Friday, March 28, 2025 12:00-1:00PM.
The family requests contributions to a charity of choice in lieu of flowers.
