

Robert was born July 23, 1948 in Gainesville, Florida to Bobby Langford Holder and Wyona Lorraine Anderson.
Robert was retired from the Florida Air National Guard, having served as a recruiter for the 125th Fighter Wing in Jacksonville, and the 202nd Red Horse Squadron at Camp Blanding. He served fourteen years on the Florida Highway Patrol as a homicide investigator and retired in 1984 to resume his military career.
He worked diligently under the guidance of the Florida State Genealogical Society to prove that his ancestors were Florida Proneers. Bob was active in Masonic Service for over 25 years, holding membership in many fraternal organizations. He was a member of Pine Hill Lodge number 9 in Brooker, and served as District Deputy Grand Master in 2002. He was also a member of Lake Butler Chapter No. 40, Order of the Eastern Star and served as an officer for many years.
Bob was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church in Starke where he served as a Deacon for many years.
Bob was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Celeste Michelle Keels.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cynthia Millan Holder, two brothers; Curtis Holder (Leatha) of Gainesville and Michael Holder (Catalina) of Jacksonville, and Son-in-Law Mark W. Keels of Middleburg.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 24, 2018 beginning with a visitation at 11:00 AM, followed by a celebration of Bob's life at 12:00 PM. Pastor Jason S. Cain will be officiating the services.
