Born on July 4, 1964, in Buena Park, California, Ronnie was the son of Chester Birt and
Jacqueline Tessier. He grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he attended Princess Anne
High School.
Ronnie worked as both a welder and a truck driver throughout his career. In his free time,
he enjoyed fishing and gaming, hobbies that brought him much joy.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ingeburg Guinn of Macclenny, Florida; his parents, Jacqueline
and Ron Tessier of North Carolina and Chester and Ginny Birt of Florida; and his children,
Antoinette, Robert, Bethani, Emily, and Michael. Ronnie also leaves behind his cherished
grandchildren, Daimon, Isabella, and Yalina.
A graveside service will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 26,
2025, at 11:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Haven Hospice of Orange
Park, Florida, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, causes close to
Ronnie’s heart.
Ronnie will be remembered as a hardworking man who loved his family deeply. He will be
greatly missed by all who knew him.
