Rose Mary Hamlin

Rosemary Hamlin, beloved wife,sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 6th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Rosemary was born on October 18th 1942 in Mammoth County. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Hamlin, in 1995 and her sister Lilyan Young in 2018.

Rosemary's legacy lives on through her devoted son, Dennis, and his wife, Diana. She was the adoring grandmother of Teresa (and her fiancé, Thomas), Keri (and her husband, Ethan), and the proud great-grandmother of Lily, Tristan, Kimmy, and Kathleen. Her nephew, Eric, and his wife, Renee, and formed lifelong bonds with her dear family friend, Dorothy and Shayne and their family.

Rosemary will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family ,friends and her animals. Her gentle spirit and infectious laughter brought joy to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts.

A Memorial for Rose Mary will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at External Service Location, 850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
