Born on April 11, 1962, in Johnson City, TN to the late Harlan and Mary Scalf, she resided in Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years because of her love of the beach.
She was an active member of her church Eleven22, and loved the Lord very much. She was quite proud of her church and the work she was able to do in the Lord’s name. Forever the team’s biggest Jaguars fan, she wore memorabilia every day since the team was announced.
She is survived by her significant other, Charles Dougherty; her three children, Angel Bigham, Amber Franklin and Adam Allred; and three grandchildren, Kyra Bingham, Khalil Bingham and Kobe Bingham.
