She was a resident of Jacksonville Florida for over 65 years and was retired from Kmart in advertising.
She loved the Lord with all her heart and was a wonderful Christian Lady who led by example with love and compassion as she shared her love of Jesus.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband and soulmate Jesse E Bell Jr.
She was a loving mother to two children. She is survived by Jesse S Bell (Shelley) And Rosemarie Ellis Fletcher (Mark) Two Grandchildren she cherished Lindsey M Plata (Chris) And Blaine C.E. Ellis
A great granddaughter most precious to her Alexandria K. Plata, A brother Luther S. McLendon Jr.
Many nieces and nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
Her many talents included: writing, poetry, drawing and painting as well as crafting, and she loved to sing.
She was a lover of all Gods creation and found special moments and inspiration traveling in the mountains and going on adventures.
She loved people and was a friend to all.
A celebration of life will be held in her honor at 12 noon March 8, 2025 at Highlands Baptist Church 2159 Broward Road Jacksonville Florida 32218, Rev. Virgil R. Jerrell officiating.
