Saundra J. Berry, age 60, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. Saundra was born October 25, 1952 in Waycross , Georgia to Dewitt Wade and Verna Mae (Davis) Stringfield. Saundra was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Christina Boiteau, and one sister Sharon Bavar. Survivors include three sisters Shirley Batten, Shelia Owens( Buddy), and Sheryl Stringfield; one brother Neil Stringfield (Annette); three grandchildren Christian Ward, Courtney McCoy, and Mitchell Sydney Berry; numerous nieces and nephews.The family wishes to extend a very warm and sincere thank to Loretta Parkin, Ciegie Parkin and our Gods Angels on wheels(Community Hospice) for your loving care, kindness, and special devotions for our loved one and us,your care was above and beyond our expectations A Celebration of Saundra’s life will be 10:00 am Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
