In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it's the memories of you that are the most precious.

Honey, Iknow you are so very happy now with our family again and no more pain, sorry I could't get to see you before you went home, as I broke my right arm, but you knew I loved you like a sister, and I know you are home now with Jesus and all of our family and feeling wonderful and young again , keep me a rocking chair on the porch and when I get home I WILL sing to all of you again like i did when we were all young. tell everyone I love and miss them, love you , Aunt Benice children dont be sad , your Mama is very happy now., God bless you all, if u need me call, love you all.
