Shirley was born on November 23, 1941 in Jacksonville, Fl to Arthur and Maude Hall. Shirley spent her childhood and school age years in Jacksonville, FL.
Shirley married young and she had 3 children right away. The first half of Shirley’s career was spent as a skip tracer for the May Cohens Dept store and First Union Bank. The second half of her career was spent doing what she was created for, caring for others. Shirley spent decades as a loving and compassionate care giver to many seniors who loved her as family. She gave herself to them and held many of their hands unto their death.
Shirley’s passions were family, friends, church and her pets. She never saw a person or an animal that she couldn’t help , in some way. Shirley’s love and kindness transformed the lives of everyone she encountered. She brought beauty to everything she did….. with her smile, her giving, her simplicity and unbounded love. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people, share herself, and evoke that same spirit of love in each person she knew.
Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Arthur and her mother, Maude
Her daughters Becky and Dohna.
