Shizue Roberts, age 88, passed peacefully away on November 11, 2025, at the Life Care Center in Hilliard, FL. She was born in Okinawa, Japan on August 8, 1937, to Kenyu Okushima and Hatsuko Kinjo Okushima. She was married Donald T. Roberts from December 27, 1975, until his death on June 30, 2015.
Shizue retired from Universal Studios in Orlando, FL after 26 years in custodial care.
She enjoyed coloring, playing rummy with the girls and attended services, all at the Life Care Center.
She is survived by her cousin and caretaker, Esther Jo Carras Holland of Blackshear, GA and was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of almost 40 years, retired Marine, Master Gunnery Sergeant, Donald T. Roberts.
