He was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Som was preceded in death in 2021 by his wife Sushil. He is survived by his daughter, Kusum Sachdeva, son-in-law, John Hundley; and his sons, Vijay K. Mahindroo and Mukesh Mahindroo, daughters-in-law, Janet and Anita; granddaughters, Simi, Savita, and Misha; and great-grandchildren, London and Vienna; all of Florida, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Som migrated from India and lived a good life and gave all his loved ones a good life as well.
