Suzanne D Hubbard, 66, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on June 24th, 2015. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at Town & Country Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral at Riverside Memorial Park at 2:00 PM. Suzanne was born in Mercer, Pennsylvania on March 21st, 1949. Suzanne was married to William on February 14th, 1970; they were married for 45 years. She enjoyed scrapbooking & Club Pogo. Suzanne is survived by her loving husband William, 3 grandchildren, Christina Collins, Michael Collins, Kody Russell, 1 sister, Alice Perry (Glen), 2 daughters, Cheryl Collins (Mike), Kathleen Russell (Adam), nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
