Tammy Darlene Jacobs, 49, of Bryceville, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and of the Christian faith. She was a driver for the School Board of Education.
She is survived by her mother Delores Spradley Shubert and her father, Dan Shubert; son Tracy Jacobs; daughter Heather Westerwelle and husband Jeffrey; sisters Robin Hern and husband Richard; Kelly Moore, Shelly Newman, Crystal Millner and husband Randy; 1 grandchild Rheanna Westerwelle.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Monday, November 28, 2011. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 29, 2011 all located at Town and Country Funeral Home. Burial will follow to Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville, Florida.
