Tammy Elizabeth Kellar, 55, passed away Monday, February 18, 2013. She was born on January 14, 1958 in Sharon, Pennsylvania. She worked with Beall’s Outlet for 12 years, and was their Retail Store Manager. Tammy is survived by her husband, Russell Kellar; son, Matthew Kellar; 2 daughters, Lisa Haynes, and Elizabeth Beasley; brother, Robert Tompkins; 2 sisters, Brenda Connelly, and Karen Stephens; 8 grandchildren, Andrew, Jordan, Kaleigh, Zachary, Dalton, Lauren, Carson, and Matthew Jr. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32205. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:00am, in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home. Interment will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville, FL.
