She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March 11, 1971. Tammy graduated from N.B. Forrest and received High school from June 89. She married to Russel Wells on April 9, 1990. Tammy worked/had a career in Food Service for Popeyes. She had a passion for her grandkids and family.

She was survived by daughter; Jennifer Tolbert, 4 grandchildren; Allie, Tiffney, Jade and Kye; brothers; Shawn Reynolds; 1 niece; Zoey Reynolds.

My Condolences to Russell and his daughter and four grand babies I'm so sorry for the loss of your wife and your mom and you grandma and her brother as well that is so so sad to loose a loved one so dear you Guys I'm here for you all I love you guys... Tammy was my best friend she was a wonderful woman she was so sweet and was so very nice person to talk to and work with I'm so happy I got the opportunity to work with her and become so close friends with her and her family! Tammy you will be missed by so many may you fly high with the angels above keep watching over us all we love you❤️😇
