Ted Arnold Leggett was born September 24, 1952 in Alma, Georgia to Mamie and Bernie Leggett. He had three sisters; Marie, Nell, and Betty; two brothers; Earl and James Robert. He graduated from Paxon High School. He had a son Aaron who passed away in 1998. Ted had 6 step children and an adopted daughter, Makayla Leggett, who was the light of his life along with his wife Faye of 18 years. He worked for Brown Transport for many years and the Newman Transport until he got sick.
