Terry Lee Montgomery, 63, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Monday, November 29, 2010. She was born in Corinth, New York and moved to Florida in 1972. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a softball, baseball and cheerleading coach.
She was a registered nurse for over 30 years and recently completed her MBA.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert Montgomery, and son, Scott Montgomery.
She is survived by her daughters Kellie Ondrusek (Ron) and Laurie Capps (Lee); 5 grandsons Scotty, Auston, and Cody Montgomery, Chad Capps and Andrew Ondrusek; and one granddaughter Jaylee Capps.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Town and Country Funeral Home 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32205.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made, in her memory, to the Wolfson's Childrens Hospital.
