Otto Tompkins Dodds, also known as Tom Dodds, 56 years of age, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on September 2nd 2016. Tom was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 30th 1960. He graduated from Robert E. Lee Senior High School.
Tom worked as a surveyor and estimator for EWP Construction for almost 20 years. One of his biggest passions was being a part of the Florida High School Athletic Association as a Football Official. Tom loved football and was a diehard Florida Gator fan his whole life.
Tom is survived by his father Howard Dodds Sr. (Dorena), Brother Fred (Debbie), Brother Gene (Tammy), Daughter Heather Wilkins (Todd), Son Alex Dodds, Granddaughter Olivia Grace Wilkins, Nephew Travis, Great Nieces Callie Mona and Ella, Niece Lindsey, Great Nephew Cameron.
Tom is preceded in death by his Mother Mona Tompkins Dodds. The Memorial Service will be held from 6-8pm September 7th, 2016 at Hardage Giddens Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A private funeral will be held at the burial site for family.
