Traci Lynne Carter, 43, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on November 2, 2014 in St. Simons, Ga. Traci was predeceased by her father Eddie Robert Carter, grandparents Eddie and Ann Carter and William A. Pyke, uncle Danny Carter and cousin Travis Carter. She is survived by her loving mother Janet and dad Danny Tomlinson, Gladys Long, her beloved G Mama aunts; Donna Carter, & Linda Carter, Uncle Perry (Raydell) Carter, special friend Cliff Carter, God parents Dennis and Bonnie Conners and many many friends and relatives. Traci is also survived by her loving life partner of nineteen years Mary Jo Carter and daughters Brandy and Vicki Carter. Her beloved furry babies include, special puppy Gypsy Rose Lee, Lola, Little Man, Me Too, Niles, Frasier, Hickory, Teddy, Oscar, Angel and Bummer.
