Troy James Squires, Jr, 68, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023 and was born in Jacksonville, FL on New Year’s Eve, 1954. He was welcomed by his parents Troy, Sr. and Della Squires.
Troy married his Karen Rich on September 8, 1972. He worked as a Truck Driver and a Construction Worker. He enjoyed camping, fishing and CB radio. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family. Troy was of the Christian faith.
He was predeceased in death by his parents, Troy and Della; brothers, Kenny and Arnold; and sister, Judy.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Karen Squires; sons, James, Dale and Chris Squires, eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Bobby and Ronnie Squires; and sister, Delana; There are numerous others that are proud to call him “Dad” and his beloved pups.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 2pm at Agape Baptist Church, 3880 Old Middleburg Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32210.
