A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225, on January 23, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 7665 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32277, on January 24, 2026, at 9:00 am.
Committal will take place immediately following the funeral at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
