Wanda Lea Grimes, age 59 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully at home on January 29, 2014 after fighting cancer for nearly three years. Wanda was born on November 1, 1954 in Barberton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clifford T. Caldwell, Sr. and Maudie M. Caldwell. Family and friends were Wanda's joy in life. She is survived by her mother, Maudie Caldwell; siblings Clifford Caldwell, Jr., Stuart Caldwell, Terry Caldwell, Alma Montcalm and Rhonda Hall; children, William Grimes, Jr., Victor Grimes and Anne Schofield; grandchildren Joshua Courchene, Brittany Grimes, Joseph Courchene, Kaycee Grimes, Kayla Grimes and Katherine Schofield. Wanda is also survived by a number of other relatives and close friends. Services for Wanda will be held Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Florida. Visitation will be from 3pm - 4pm with a memorial service immediately following at 4pm.
