William Parker Mills, AOCM (Ret), passed away Thursday, September 7th, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. Bill was a Navy Veteran of 25 years, survived by his wife of 48 years, Michele; his daughter, Pamela; his son, Charles; granddaughter, Jessie; as well as three older brothers, three younger sisters, and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. The Family would like to give a special thank you to the many friends who supported him through his illness. At Bill's request, his passing will be recognized at a brief inurnment service at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
