He moved to the area from Charleston, WV in 2009 and retired from Montgomery Ward after 20 years of employment.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Bob and Jim Osborne and sister, Norma Mullins and is survived by his son, Jeffrey Osborne (Carla) of Middleburg; brothers, Raymond and Connie Osborne; grandchildren, Jeremy and Derrick Osborne and 5 great-grandchildren
A service to celebrate Mr. Osborne’s life will be held 2 pm Thursday , March 2, in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS CHAPEL HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 850 St. Johns’ Bluff Rd. North, Jacksonville, FL.
