This breaks my heart; I did not know Will outside of his work within Floridablue; however my interactions with him ( executing his role and responsibilities ) provided a glimpse into his character and integrity. He was a humble, patient, honest - "all knowing" subject matter expert that I came to rely on. I would often simply stop by and chat about various issues we were having and he would go well beyond what was necessary to help me. My heat felt condolences to his family; We will miss him.

My name is Brenda Knight,  I was reading online of your dear William passing away.  I wanted to leave  you some hope  of seeing him, again. 
At, Acts 24;15  tell  us  there will be a resurrection.  Where will he be resurrected to?   Psalm 37:10,11 tells us  that the meek will inherited thr earth and live in peace and happiness.  I really hope I helped you in this difficult days in your life.

Will was such a friendly, patient, and smart colleague. He supported our IT Macs and helped me throughout my career at Florida Blue for the past 12 years. I always appreciated how kind he was and easy to strike a conversation with. He will be missed here. Sending my condolences to his family.

A Brother from another mother! Proverbs 18:24, states that "a man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother".

Will was a great friend and just an absolute joy to be around I am sad for his family and myself that we won’t be seeing the infectious happiness Will could spread in a second with that look or smile he would throw at you. He was an awesome teammate at Florida Blue always would take time to help and educate. I am grateful to have known him. I remember him as a machinist that made repairs to my C3 Vette how he took time to show what was needed just a really great person

I met William in 2023, we hit it off as he had mentioned his passion for corvettes and I had shared with him my family ties to the corvette world through Mid America Motorworks. We talked for a few hours about cars, the best corvette to buy, and he even took me for a ride in his GrandSport. Even though I did not know him long, William was inviting, friendly, and I could tell, a very compassionate man. Bless him on his journey, prayers to the family, children, and grand children.

Will was such a great guy. Always so patient and always willing to help. He would sometimes spend several days working to fix problems with my computer. We would talk, sometimes for hours, about all sorts of things while we waited for the computers to do their thing.  I didn’t realize at the time I had built a deep friendship with Will. I was absolutely crushed the day he delivered the news to me and sadly there wasn’t enough time to say goodbye. 

He  will be terribly missed, but I am so grateful and blessed that I had the opportunity to call him my friend.

Will was a great friend and coworker; He will be deeply missed by so many.   Prayers for the family.

From the last car show in April, when I complimented  on his beautiful Corvette,  to Easter Sunday Service, 4/20/25 with  a smile on his face greeted me with a hug and the words:”Good morning beautiful.”

Will was genuine in his friendship and love of Jesus. He and his wife Brenda were the first to invite us and our four young children into their home when we moved to Jax decades ago and visited Arlington Assembly of God.

He knew all our children  by name and would often ask how they were  doing, even though they now all adults.

I am saddened by his sudden departure but comforted by the fact the his last breath on earth ushered him into the presence of Jesus and heaven his new address, where he is now free from pain. 
Therefore,  we can confidently say: “O death where is your sting.,. Where  O death is your victory..?” Because of Jesus,”Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

May  the Lord’s abiding presence, comfort and strengthen  Brenda, family  and loved ones, and may Will’s soul RIP.🙏🏾🥲🙏🏾

I will miss my friend that cared so much for others. I was blessed to have Will as a client for at least 10 years. Each time he came for a haircut, he was always concerned about my wellbeing.  He will be missed at the shop by everyone.  May he be blessed with an abundance of beautiful gardens in Heaven 🌺🪻🌻

Will was the best! From day one, he was incredibly helpful and patient. He put up with my frequent pings, endless questions, and the times I acted like I knew it all. He used to joke about “recruiting me to the Mac team,” and always brought humor to every interaction. He was easy to talk to, super smart, and consistently willing to lend a hand—even if he was rolling his eyes (LOL!). Troubleshooting with him usually turned into a funny story or a long, random convo… which I always enjoyed. I’m really going to miss Will. Rest in peace, my friend.

I'm so sorry to hear this news about Will. I have so many memories of our time in high school. May God comfort your family during this time of mourning.

I know Will is with God. From the first time I met him, I knew he was one of the good ones....just like his Mom and Dad. I'll always remember watching him get on his first...I think it was his first....motorcycle. He had to prop it up against a tree to get on it. I'll never forget his and Brenda's posts of their beautiful flowers. Wayne, Sylvia and Brenda, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs.

Will was such a kind person and a great soul.  He always smiled and loved to socialize about anything with people he enjoyed to spend time with. 

I've worked with Will for many years, and I am glad to have known him, and been a small part of his work-life.  We will miss him and his funny stories, silly anecdotes, and his off the cuff quips at random. 

He was a great man and we will all miss him.  Our hearts go out to the family and friends who are hurting from this tragic and very unexpected loss.

O how special he is in the eyes of the LORD,  on earth as well as in heaven. 
Always a loving smile and a knowing he would be with you in a drop of a hat, if needed !
His love for his wife Brenda was evident in his behavior,  always a team effort in whatever was before them, as it is now.
Trusting you O, LORD with WILL, knowing he is well cared for with another mission before him with you now. 
Her strength is evidence of your truth and promises in your children's life, LORD.  Seeing her at church SUNDAY, was a testimony to us all ! Thank you LORD,  for giving us the opportunity to be in there life, with you. AMEN 🙏
