2012. He was born December 6, 1936 in Louisville,
Kentucky where he was active in church,
volunteered for the American Red Cross, was
Past Master of Plumb Lodge, a Kentucky Colonel
and the CB Radio Club.
In 1984 he was transferred with CSX to Jacksonville
where he retired. He was active in Arlington
Congregational Church, Arlington Lodge, amateur
radio clubs and past president of BARS.
Family members include his wife of 52 years, Anna
Rae Sander, one brother, two sisters and two
grandchildren, Hunter and Austin Sander, several
additional family members and many friends.
A visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Sunday, April 15,
2012 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home,
850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N., Jacksonville. Funeral
services will be held at 10am, Monday, April 16, 2012
at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Chapel
Hills Memory Gardens with a Masonic Service.
