Wilma Diane Todd

Wilma Diane Todd was born October 2, 1951 in Loris, South Carolina to George & Allie Livingston. She served as a sister to 14 siblings Hubert Livingston George Livingston Jr., Carolyn Wise, Joe Franklin Livingston, Estelle Causey, Betty Lou Edwards, Donnie Livingston, Dennis Livingston, Henry Livingston, Jerry Livingston, Lloyd Livingston, Randy Livingston, Jennings Livingston & Mary Ann Courtney. She married a wonderful man Jimmy Todd who was there to meet her at the gates and had two children Donald & Melissa Cox. She was blessed with 6 grandchildren - Amanda, Alexis, Taylor, Madison, Donald Jr, Jackson & 1 great grandchild Adalynn. Diane lived each day for her family. She was a loving & hard working woman who took pride in being the matriarch of us all.

Diane enjoyed spending time outside & working in her flower beds, watching movies and laughing with loved ones. To know her was to love her, no matter what the situation she always had an open door policy. If you needed advice, a hot meal, a shoulder to cry on and even maybe a stern talking to you could always count on her to be there. She was the glue that seemed to hold it all together. Many loved ones have walked the road to the lord before her and she can now rejoice with them in his glory.

A memorial service for Wilma will be held Friday, June 27, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
