Wilson was born in Jacksonville, Florida to late Captain Cecil and Pauline Ramsey on April 30, 1953. He graduated from Paxon High School and retired from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office with 30 years of service. Wilson was a devoted member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church (Riverside) and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Jacksonville Bulldog Club, and Jacksonville Quarterback Club. He is survived by his loving wife Adeline Ramsey. A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park March 15, 2025 1:00-2:00 PM followed by a Funeral Mass March 15, 2025 2:00-3:00PM 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205
